Whisking is perhaps the most well-known and beloved sauna treatment. It evokes memories, creates vivid images, and forms a strong connection to nature. Whisking is one of the oldest sauna treatments and has been an essential part of sauna bathing, self-care, and various rituals.

Instructions:
Soak the whisk in warm water for about 40 min before using it. Tip! The water used for soaking the whisk can be used as sauna water for pouring the steam "löyly". This is the best way to enjoy the the fresh scent of eucalyptus in the sauna steam.

After using the whisk rinse it gently and hang it up to dry in a cool and dry place. The whisk can be reused several times.
