Note before using:

• Use carefully, start with a small amount, e.g. one small crystal approx. 0.5 cm.
• Do not put in the sauna bath with water, because the crystal does not dissolve in cool water!
• When menthol crystal gets on the skin, it causes a particularly intense feeling of cold and also increases blood circulation within the precincts of. This does not cause any danger to the skin, the feeling disappears after a while.
• Do not pour directly on the sauna stove resistor - crystal may caught fire, since it's made of essential mint oil!
• Store in a closed box in a dry place, not in the sauna.
• Keep crystals out of reach of children.
