Warranty Terms for Cedar Barrel Saunas

At Cedar Barrel Saunas, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Below are the details of our warranty coverage:

Full Sauna Room Warranty:

We offer a 5-year warranty on all full barrel sauna rooms, pre-fab saunas and our DIY sauna kits. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. If any part of your sauna room is found to be defective within this 5-year period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Sauna Accessories and Heaters Warranty:

We provide a 1-year warranty on all sauna accessories and heaters. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. After the 1-year period, the warranty will expire, and any repairs or replacements will be the responsibility of the customer.

General Terms:

• The warranty applies to products used in normal residential settings.
• This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect.
• All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and details of the defect.
